Sales / Administrative Agent - eMobile/Eircom Ltd Feb 2011 - Present

• I started as part of the eMobile telesales outbound team. Due to accelerated progression I was chosen to be part of the newly found Meteor outbound campaign. This was the first time Meteor have setup such a campaign and due to it's success it will continue to run. Due to my sales quality and consistency at hitting the targets and KPI's, I have now been moved to a more administrative role in Sales Support. I have experience in nearly all areas of the Eircom Mobile systems and sales process. • I have gained a permanent contract within the company due to my success in the role as both a telesales operator and a sales administrator. • I work great both as part of a team and also when I am given individual tasks outside the sales process. • I have intermediate IT skills and at work it really shows as when there is any system errors or difficulties I thrive in getting the issue resolved quickly.

Retail Store Manager - Carpet Call PTY July 2008 - Oct 2008

I worked for 4 weeks as a salesperson and was promoted to Store Manager. I was given a company car for my success in the role. My duties included meeting sales targets, both individual and as a store. I also had to train sales people on the ability to reach their goals. Other duties included setting appointments with customers, store banking daily, and general customer service.

Customer Relations Manager - Financial Advise Centre Apr 2008 - July 2008

I worked in the Financial Advise Centre on Kent St,Sydney. My role was as a Customer Relations Manager. Duties included outbound calls to pre-selected customers to present a product to see if it satisfies their needs and sign them up. The product was a life insurance package. Duties also included working in a team environment to help motivate each other to do sales, and reach set daily, weekly and monthly targets. I have written reports of being the top sales generator of the campaign. I resigned due to lack of management opportunities.
